Bouquet: Pepper, dried sage, briary spice with hints of blueberry, cinnamon and mocha complexities. 
 
Taste: Vibrant red cherry and blueberry notes which transfer to the palate with very fine grown vineyard tannins. A brooding wine with a velvet mid palate and a great persistence of depth and flavour.
