This 2021 Shiraz is a great representation of what Heathcote has become renowned for. Big and bold wines with excellent balance and drinkability.
In the glass, you’ll notice a bouquet of spice along with bright red and black fruits. Hints of French oak are evident on the palate, along with integrated flavours of raspberries and dark plums. There is a fine tannin structure that combines beautifully between the fruit and oak notes.
