2007 Gewurztraminer750ml , aperitif style Limited Release. Will age well. Notably clean and dry with a crisp freshness, unusual for this grape. Grapefruit and lime undertones finishing with a subtle, ginger finish. Enjoy before a meal, or with a good quality cheese plate. Mackerel, Oysters or escargot will also match quite well.

2007 BlushEveryone's Favorite! Semi sweet at the start but finishes like a light Pinot Noir. Stylized around the "blush" wines of America, this wine has a retro feel and contemporary taste. Food style can be from Mexican to Thai, Cajun cuisine to the creamy seafood dishes from Japan. One of the unique traits of a "blush "is that it can be served ice cold. What is the difference between Blush & Rose?
